Regional Sales Engineer

Mission & goals

This position will be responsible to develop the PanoramaSuite sales on your sector, by prospecting and animating final custumers and channel business network.

Main activities and responsibilities

Responsabilies :

  • Budgetary responsibility for delivery of Sales Targets
  • Estimated travel : 50 to 60%
  • Sales development of the dedicated region
  • Self organised, able to work into a remote organisation structure

Sales activities

  • Follow up and implement the company sales strategy to the local market
  • Gain and maintain customer loyalty
  • Identifying new projects, leads and prospects
  • Managing and developing a customer portfolio
  • Carrying out demonstrations of our Software solutions (Panorama Suite)
  • Ability to present commercialy and technicaly our offer to customers
  • Comfortable with negotiating and closing orders
  • Sharing experience and customers feedback with the team and the management
  • Develop and implement a solid distribution and/or System Integrator network
  • Collaboration with the marketing team and participating to professional event in England or in Europe

Reporting and exchanges

  • Ensuring relevant reporting of the activity to the Export Sales Manager based in France,
  • Manage short, medium and long-term action agenda and follow up
  • Participate on sales meetings in CODRA Headquarter, France
  • Maintain and update company internal Sales tools (CRM, Calendar, Weekly sheet, …Ect)

Profile & skills

  • Strong sales and negotiating skills in a complex technical environment
  • Ability to understand industrial information architecture is mandatory
  • Knowledge of the SCADA market is required
  • Relational skills and active listening
  • Strong self-reliance and highly disciplined
  • Good situational analysis and alertness of mind
  • Create added value for customers
  • An ability to speak and understand written French will be an advantage.
