Historically, in buildings, SCADA was mainly used to manage HVAC.

Sports Complexes

The specific nature of a sports complex such as a stadium compared to a tertiary building is the very large number of people it can accommodate and the very high level of security it demands.
The key to addressing the vital security aspects is to offer Hypervision for all the critical systems, including access control, CCTV and PA systems, in addition to conventional BMS functionality. Other specific requirements are entailed by the venue's intended sporting or cultural activity. This may be the need to control special lighting (to promote uniform turf growth / pitch quality, etc.) or the retractable part of the ground surface for transformation into a stage area.

In a Datacentre, the challenge is to enable operators to optimize their data infrastructures through a better understanding of the performance of the facilities in question.
SCADA solutions developed with Panorama serve as a foundation for implementing Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM). This serves to monitor and optimize power consumption and cooling within the facilities. The Panorama SCADA Platform can be considered as the digital backbone of this energy transition.
