OUR COMMITMENTS

At CODRA, we design software and services built to last, closely aligned with the practical realities of the industry. In an OT environment where availability, security and traceability are non-negotiable, our commitments are more than just intentions: they are reflected in our methodologies, certifications, performance indicators, and technical and personnel choices.

Our aim is simple: to provide our clients, partners and future colleagues with clear guidance on what we guarantee, how we demonstrate it, and how we are progressing.

Quality Commitments

We are committed to delivering reliable, industrialised and well-documented products and services, tailored to critical environments (SCADA, MES, complex systems). This commitment is reflected in rigorous work processes, structured change management and a continuous improvement approach, driven by teams across the entire chain: design, development, deployment, support and training.

For us, quality is also measured in our relationships: listening, transparency and continuity of service. We regularly monitor customer satisfaction to identify what is working, what needs clarifying and what needs strengthening. This approach informs our action plans, whether it involves improving a support journey, developing a feature or securing a project process.

ISO 9001: structured quality

Since 1998, CODRA Ingénierie Informatique has been ISO 9001 certified. This certification attests to a structured and audited quality management system, and a long-term commitment to operational excellence. We plan to extend this certification to all subsidiaries by 2027.

Training quality

We apply a structured training design and delivery approach to support skills development and ensure consistent learning outcomes.

For training delivered in France, CODRA also holds the Qualiopi certification, the French national quality mark for training providers. Wherever our training is delivered, we follow the same quality standards and training methodology.

CSR Commitments

Our solutions help to manage and secure industrial infrastructure; this position entails a daily responsibility. Our CSR approach aims to integrate ethical, social and environmental practices into all levels of the company: in the way we work, in our relationships with suppliers and partners, and in our consideration of the impact of our activities.

United Nations Global Compact: a clear framework

Since 2025, CODRA Ingénierie Informatique has been committed to the United Nations Global Compact’s corporate social responsibility initiative and its Ten Principles concerning human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption.
As a participant, this framework guides our internal requirements and our collaborative practices.

EcoVadis assessment: a benchmark CSR rating

CODRA Ingénierie Informatique has been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing our performance in the top 25% of companies assessed on environmental, social, ethical and responsible procurement criteria. This external assessment serves as a foundation for steering our priorities and making continuous progress.

Digital Security and Sovereignty

In OT, a breach is not limited to an IT incident: it can affect production, service continuity or operational security. We treat cybersecurity as a strategic priority, with a ‘secure by design’ approach integrated into the development and maintenance of our software.

GDPR: Data protection and compliance

We strictly comply with the GDPR and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Three principles guide our approach: transparency, fairness and lawfulness.

ANSSI recognition: qualification and certification

The security of our SCADA systems is a strategic priority. It is built in right from the design stage of our solutions (secure by design) and is underpinned by a continuous improvement approach. This commitment has been recognised over time by ANSSI: Panorama obtained CSPN certification from ANSSI in 2020, and each new version has since been recertified, most recently in 2026 for Panorama Suite.
This strong commitment on the part of CODRA makes Panorama the first and only SCADA system to have obtained an active certification that has been maintained without interruption.

Our monitoring platform also benefits from ANSSI Qualification, obtained in 2020 and renewed in 2023. These accreditations are a guarantee of robustness and reliability for sensitive environments.

CVE Programme: Vulnerability Management

CODRA is a member of the CVE Programme. We are a CNA (CVE Numbering Authority) and the single point of reference for vulnerability management across all our offerings and associated products. This recognition enhances transparency and responsiveness, and helps to better protect the critical infrastructure operated by our customers and partners.
