CODRA, a recognised player in the field of industrial supervision software, has been present in Belgium for over 20 years via a distributor. We have taken a strategic turning point by establishing a direct presence in Belgium with a clear ambition: to build a strong, local and lasting presence to provide better support for our customers and partners.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES :
Partner network development
- Identify and engage high-potential integrators;
- Negotiate agreements and monitor their progress;
- Encourage your network to boost sales momentum.
Prospecting & business development
- Target end-customers in key sectors: agri-food, pharmaceuticals, space, aeronautics, water & energy, construction, defence, transport, etc. ;
- Promote the Panorama Suite through effective presentations and demonstrations ;
- Represent CODRA Benelux at events (trade fairs, integrator days, workshops, etc.) to raise our profile.
Custumer care
- Build customer and partner loyalty by establishing a relationship of trust ;
- Provide rigorous support for projects to ensure their success ;
- Manage contract renewals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bid management and reporting
- Draw up sales proposals in collaboration with the administrative team ;
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of opportunities via the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) ;
- Produce regular and structured reports.
YOUR PROFILE :
- You have a technical background (IT engineer or equivalent) and a keen interest in business development, or you have successful experience in selling software solutions for industry (Scada, MES, industrial IoT, BMS/BMS solutions) ;
- You have a good knowledge of the industrial players in Belgium (integrators, end customers) ;
- You are autonomous, results-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills ;
- You are fluent in French; knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an advantage ;
- You enjoy working in the field and taking on challenges, and are keen to make an active contribution to the development of a fast-growing company.

CONDITIONS :
- Hybrid work – occasional presence in our Nivelles offices will be required ;
- Travelling +50% of the time in your sector ;
- Travel to Group headquarters in France once a quarter (sales meeting for export teams).
