For more than 20 years, Labs Electronic has been the exclusive distributor of the Panorama Platform in Belgium and Luxembourg for Codra.
During this period, Labs’ teams have done a remarkable job in developing and maintaining the brand locally.
In line with its international strategy, the Codra Group, the manufacturer of Panorama, wishes to accelerate its development in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Therefore we created a subsidiary which will be based in Belgium.
Codra Benelux will take over the distribution of Panorama in this area, while ensuring continuity of service to local users and partners over the long term.
The ambition is double:
- To offer a direct and local technical support to customers
- To expand its network of system integrators and partners
To achieve this ambition, we are pleased to announce the nomination of Dominique CAYPHAS as Regional Manager for Codra Benelux. Accompanied by his team, he will be attached to the Codra Group’s Export organisation.

Codra is looking for a Product Support Engineer (M/F) to join our Belgian team. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer / Trainer to help our expanding customer base in Belgium. The person will be in charge of various missions such as providing technical assistance to our user customers, carrying out investigations and analyses to identify anomalies or conducting product training.
The candidate must have a software or engineering degree or equivalent, with a good knowledge of the industrial IT field. Experience in a support department would be a plus.
